Ni chanann se a Tuilleamh He doesnt sing any more

Bogha na ndathanna,
Caillte i do shúil,
D’aghaidh gleoite,
Scáil san uisce,
Buaileann mo chroí.

Titeann an bháisteach,
Ar na duilleoga óir,
Muid ag siúl,
Tríd an gcoill,
Buaileann mo chroí.

Thuas sa chrann,
Éan ag canadh,
Amhrán álainn,
Tríd an gciúnas
Buaileann mo chroí.

Go tobann imíonn tú,
Gan rabhadh – gan chúis,
Titeann mo lámh ó do ghreim,
Stadann an domhan timpeall orm,
Briseann mo chroí.

The bow of colours
Lost in your eye
Your lovely face
Reflecting in the water
My heart beats

The rain falls
On the gold leaves
We are walking
through the wood
My Heart Beats

Up in the tree
A bird singing
A beautiful song
Through the quietness
My heart beats

Suddenly you go
Without warning – without reason
My hand falls from your grasp
The world stops around me
My heart breaks.
